My son Tyler Pangrazio lost his life on June 27, 2013, in a traffic crash at the hands of a careless driver who failed to yield the right of way. Tyler was a handsome, respectful, bright young man known to be personable, humorous and always willing to lend a hand. His infectious smile could light up any room.

Just two weeks shy of his 20th Birthday Tyler had so many goals and dreams that he didn’t get a chance to achieve. During his short time here he left such an impact on his family, friends, and coworkers. Many of Tyler’s friends were once strangers that he offered a helping hand to which continued onto friendship.

The roadside marker has become a place for all who love and miss him to remember him. My father goes to this site weekly to pick up trash, keep the grass cut and replaces flowers that have been faded by the sun. On Tyler’s angelversary and birthday we leave balloons with messages. We decorate for the holidays. And some days go just because..…just because it still doesn’t seem real.

Tyler was my only child and the light of my life. I will continue to carry on his compassion, kindness and giving to others in his honor. My passion is to keep his memory alive.
